I contacted them via their website contact form around 8:30aM and by 9AM Jordan has called me back. I needed to have the front door locks rekeyed as a consequence of my housemate leaving under bad circumstances. Jordan quickly set up the appointment and showed up on time, he was very quick and got the job done in no time, most significantly at a very reasonable price, thanks guys!
