Great customer service, courteous and very responsive. I called after locking myself out of my car for the first time. Their CS representative promised up to 30 minutes ETA but when Michael their technician called back he assured me that it will take him about 15 minutes to arrive and indeed within 15 minutes he was there, friendly guy and very efficient, he opened my car within just a few minutes! Hopefully I wont have to but if I do I would definitely use their service again!
