They gave an estimated over the phone, when others refused, Austin arrived within the 30 minutes time frame and got the faulty lock replaced quickly, he was very friendly and respectful, the job was done in a very professional manner and he charged the exact amount they estimated, I really enjoyed working with Atlanta Lock & Door, and would highly recommend then!
