Rick came over to replace a faulty deadbolt, it was sticking and giving me problems for a while, his work was so professional that I ended up having him rekey all the locks in my home as well, Rick was very thorough and efficient, he checked every door carefully, and made sure each lock turned easily with the new key, his work was clean and neat, and he even fixed a loose strike plate on one of the doors at no extra cost. The service felt very professional from start to finish and his price was totally reasonable, highly appreciated.
